Dr Anne-Marie Weijmans is a Reader in Astronomy at the University of St Andrews. Her main research area is the formation and evolution of galaxies. She holds an STFC Leadership Fellowship in Public Engagement, and leads the Shine project: exploring the properties of light with science, music and art.
